MBIS, MBISS. Ch. Jems Pearl Jam, SOM, OFA

June 29, 1995 ~ September 25, 2006

Sire Ch. Bridgewood's BK Kahuna, SOM, LOM

Dam: Jems Pearl Of Manor Hill

(ABC Top 20 Contender)

#3 Boxer and #13 Working in the US 1997

Jam was the second Champion for JEMS Boxers from our purchase of the litter by Ch. Berena's Tribute to Fa-Fa and Ch. Manor Hills My Fair Lady (a litter of 4 bitches). He certainly started with a bang, finishing in just 8 shows at the age of 11 months. He then started his specials career under the guidance of Larry Sinclair, accumulating 4 All-breed Best In Shows, 6 BISS, and 76 total breeds. Jam was the #1 Boxer in the Northwest for 2 years running, an ABC Top 20 Contender in 1997, finishing #3 Boxer, #13 Working Dog, and winning the ABC award for Most All-breed Best In Shows/Dog wins. Retiring at the young age of 3 to make room for his half-brother, Jackson, Jam's career is now focused on being a top stud dog.

Jam is an ABC Sire of Merit, with 25 Champions, including 1999's ABC WB/BOW, and 2000's ABC Regional sensation, Ch. Jems-Rosend's Jamin Uptown, going WD/BOW at 10 months of age for 2 5-pt majors, and this year's Top 20 Contender, Ch. Rosend's Satchmo. Jam also has many more close to finishing. Jam is a sweet companion and very true to Boxer type, both in conformation and temperment.

Jam's health checks include: 1) OFA-good (hips), 2) Cardiac SAS cleared by board-certified cardiologist; 3) Heart holtered normal in 1999.
